Our Legal client seeks a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team in Morden.

Residential Conveyancer – Profile:

• You will have an excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters. Including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build & Lease
• Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of
• 2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters
• Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development
• Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
• Ambition to progress
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Professional but friendly and approachable

Residential Conveyancer – Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and purchases
• New builds
• Re-mortgages
• Registered and unregistered properties
• Help to buy
• Shared ownership
• Leases
• Liaising with clients and external professionals
• Leasing and working with our Private Client Department

Residential Conveyancer – Skills & Experience:

• Conveyancing Law Expertise – Strong knowledge of residential property law and
• Case Management – Experience handling multiple conveyancing cases
• Communication Skills – Clear communication with clients, estate agents, and
• Client-Focused – Delivering high-quality service and managing client expectations.
• Problem-Solving – Resolving title issues, boundary disputes, and delays.
• Organisational Skills – Efficiently managing timelines, deadlines, and
• IT Proficiency – Competent in using LEAP and other digital tools.
