Front-End Engineer - React.js & React Native

Our multi-award-winning Tech client in Madrid is seeking a Front-End Engineer to join their fast-growing team.

The company has several offices across the world, and the successful Front-End Engineer will be part of a newly established team in Madrid.

You will be joining a team that will be building AI that truly matters. contributing to making Gen-AI useful for finance and business research in a rapidly growing global company.

What we’re looking for:

The React/React Native Engineer will work on a very exciting new project that is innovative and groundbreaking. Your primary role will be to create user-friendly native and web interfaces that deliver a seamless and engaging experience for their users. The small team shall comprise developers, product managers and project management professionals. Everyone is expected to be excellent at what they do and be driven towards success. Team leadership is a possibility depending on your interests and background.

Front-End Engineer – Skills & Experience required:

• Experience developing and maintaining interactive, responsive, and visually appealing web applications using React and React Native.
• 4+ years of experience in React.JS & React Native.
• Experience working with iOS and Android.
• Enjoy collaborating with designers and backend developers to implement and improve user interfaces.
• Applications optimised for performance while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Debugging skills to resolve technical issues as they arise, contributing to the overall reliability of the application.
• The ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

Front-End Engineer – Desirable Skills:

• Experience with technologies such as TypeScript, Next.js & Node.js.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Playwright.
• Experience with the AWS ecosystem.
• Experience with libraries and tools such as MUI, Tanstack, NX & Vite.
• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• A passion for creating intuitive and beautiful user interfaces.
